If you didn't think Texas had any Ninjas you were wrong! 

The United Outlaws have  added another member to their criminal pose.  During a meeting held down in the back country The United Outlaws where seen recruiting this man. 

He is a silent killer and can gun down an entire room in a "Flash".  It will be extremely hard to capture this man because of his excellent Ninja skills.  If you experience a sudden burst of light or  Air you better hope it wasn't The Flash Ninja!
